New Partner Agreement
You (an individual/household, a company with a designated partner, or a foundation with a designated partner) can become a partner in Social Venture Partners Boulder County by making a tax-deductible contribution (minimum of $5,000 each year for three years).
To become a Partner:

I agree to contribute a minimum of $5,000 each year for a minimum of three years to Social Venture Partners Boulder County, a fund of The Community Foundation, a tax exempt organization under the 501(c)3 code of the IRS.
Or, I am under 40 years of age or employed by a non-profit and therefore eligible for the Associate Partner program. I agree to contribute a minimum of $2,500 per year for a minimum of three years to Social Venture Partners Boulder County and I will volunteer at least 36 hours per year.
